Warranty

Mattress ─ 10-Years Limited Warranty:

This product will be covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This warranty only covers coil defects of a structural and manufacturing nature. Warranty period starts on the delivery date of the product. During the first two years of the warranty period, at its discretion, we could repair or replace a defective product for free. From the third year to the tenth year, a repair or replacement fee will be charged, at the number of years of ownship by 10% of the prevailing official retail price. Under the warranty period, all transportation cost for delivering the replacement will be borne by the customer.

In case an identical model or material is not available, Centrowell reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or material, and the price difference shall be borne by the customer.

This warranty does not apply to and excludes:

  • Fair wear and tear.
  • Negligent usage, abuse or improper care/maintenance (e.g. folding, bending, setting upright, standing or jumping on the product, sitting on the product edges or at designated area for a long time, etc.).
  • Normal body impression of 38mm or less.
  • Improper foundation usage (e.g. inadequate support to the mattress, too small or uneven surface, etc).
  • Soiled, burnt or stained on cover fabric, bent borders/grid wires.
  • Mattress handles.
  • Adjustable bed.
  • Personal firmness or comfort preferences of the product.

How to order

For local orders - products on this site are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. For orders outside Hong Kong - email: enquiry@centrowell.com.

General

Centrowell endeavor to provide accurate information and prices but reserve the right to change without notice. If unable to fulfill an order, Centrowell reserve the right to supply an equivalent product and notify customers accordingly.

Returns and Exchange

It is customer's responsibility to check goods immediately upon arrival. If product is found to be incorrect or damaged, customer must decline acceptance and inform delivery specialist to return items to Centrowell. Goods will neither be refundable nor exchangeable if failure to comply!


Import Tax

Customers outside Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied on shipments. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Should the product be seized by the authority at the destination or stopover point, the customer be responsible for losses incurred, return shipping charges and re-stocking fee.



* Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this terms and conditions shall be referred to and finally determined by arbitration administrated by the Hong Kong Arbitration Society and in accordance with the HKAS Online Arbitration Rules for the time being in force.
